With the forecast of experienced managing team OZTURK CONTAINER has made its investment straight on producing prefabricated units in Istanbul, Turkey. Since from the foundation in 1989, OZTURK supplies prefabricated units with high quality and reasonable prices to local and international market for private and army sectors such as in construction area and military bases.
The scope of supply is defined in the ISO 9001:2000 quality certification by Bureau Veritas as design, production, sales, after sales maintenance and repair, rental and technical services of office, sanitary, shower, load, earthquake, security, gsm, demountable, walk in cooler and deep freeze containers, steel construction and prefabric structures. We also produce bullet and shrapnel resistant ( 3/8’ thick steel ) shelter containers too.
All containers of OZTURK are produced as high quality and fast erected modular units through advanced solutions and technologies with total quality concept based on unlimited customer satisfaction; unlimited support services at every level. As an advantage of their particular features, modules, which may be disassembled, carried and erected elsewhere several times, if anything need be secured and has to be mobile are the best to face emergency conditions or situations requiring temporary solutions. Modules may also be coupled or combined to make larger and more equipped usefull areas even two or three storey complexes.
The containers are to be delivered flat-pack type to obtain a greater rationalization of the transportation cost. The packing is reduced ( 8 units of containers can be transported on a truck) and the volume is designed sandwich like made up of floor and roof, and in between wall panels, door and windows and accessories distanced by suitable metallic spacers for a quick disassembly and assembly on site.
Materials used will be suitable for use in extreme weather conditions, including high humidity; excessive seasonal and environmental temperature variations and large volumes of wind driven sand. Ozturk Container mainly produce standart size load and demountable containers. But we do custom design too and help our customers from the sketch phase till delivery. This makes our producton range is limited only to our customers mind in those Flat Pack containers as CHU, Sanitary and Office. Trade of second hand containers and repair of them is also one part of our business ( IICL-5 Certifications ). So we are all in the business if Container mentioned in it.
A short company profile; Ozturk Container served his customers on three establishment ( Samandira-Istanbul; Ferhatpasa-Istanbul; Gemlik-Bursa ). The total plant and storage area is 27,000 m2. and has the ability to produce 500 pcs flat pack container per month or 100pcs load container per month. This is achieved under 10,000m2 prefabric building together with 100 employee. Sometimes cost of the transport of the goods becomes such significant that one may think of obtaining them in the local market instead of producing and shipping from a distance.
